PTS Personal Training Policy

Payment is required in advance of all the sessions, including standing order/direct debit options. See terms and conditions for further information.

Cancellation

If your scheduling conflict is known in advance and we are notified at least 24 hours ahead of time, it MAY be possible to make the session up at a later date or with a different trainer. However, this cannot be guaranteed.

Any sessions missed with less than 24 hours notification are forfeited in full.

If you have not already paid for the session, your account/card will be charged for the full amount of the session.

If no card/account information is present, no further sessions will be conducted until the outstanding payment is received.

Weekends and Bank Holidays - Cancellations falling within 48 hours prior to your appointment on a weekend or a bank holiday will result in the full fee being charged.

REFUNDS

We are happy to offer an 80% money back guarantee on any remaining pre-paid block training sessions should our clients not be satisfied with the services provided by BodyPower PTS.

BodyPower PTS reserves the right to refuse refunds and refunds are offered strictly on a discretionary basis and will be granted if a medical condition prevents continuation of the programme. 

All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted by at least 24 hours prior to your first training session and there will be no refunds once the training has started.

BodyPower PTS will endeavour to process all refund requests as quickly as possible.

PRODUCT REFUNDS AND EXCHANGE

If you have purchased any nutrition or supplement product from one of the BodyPower PTS branches and would like to return your purchase for an exchange or a refund, you will need to bring the product(s) and the associated receipt to the BodyPower PTS branch which you made the purchase within 14 days of receipt.

Please note: we cannot accept any returns which have been opened due to Health & Safety reasons. We can only accept returns that are in their original condition, & all goods are inspected on return. Please ensure you package the goods correctly so the product is not damaged in transit. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange.

Taste: Taste is subjective to each individual and therefore we will not be able to exchange or refund any items due to taste.

Trainer’s holidays

We will notify our clients 7 days in advance of any planned holidays and scheduled breaks.

Sessions

All purchase block training session must be used within 6 months; failing to do so will result in expiration of the purchases training sessions.

BodyPower PTS may at any time without notifying you make any changes to the Services which are necessary to comply with any applicable safety or other legal requirements, or which do not materially affect the nature or quality of the Services.

Late for appointments

Sessions will begin promptly. If you are late for your appointment the session will conclude at the original time - no time will be added on at the end. Should you be more than 15 minutes late, the trainer or coach has the right to end the session and the session will be forfeited. Should the trainer be more than 15 minutes late for a scheduled appointment the training session will conclude at the original time and a free training session will be offered as compensation.
